Organisations and individuals support the GQII programme in many ways.
The authors of the GQII are in continuous exchange with representatives of national, regional and international organisations for metrology, standardisation and accreditation, with international organisations involved in the promotion of Quality Infrastructure and with technical experts from many parts of the world.
Institutional support
The International Cooperation of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) is currently supporting the expansion of the GQII database to 184 economies with funds from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The support includes the creation of country profile scorecards.
Expert Support
Anett Matbadal
Ing. Anett Mabadal (Germany and Guyana), Mechanical Engineer, Metrologist and Expert Management Systems Consultancy ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 17025. In Germany, Ms Matbadal was Deputy Head of the Calibration Laboratory of the German Calibration Service (today DAkkS) for more than ten years. Today, she manages her consulting company CaliMet, based in Guyana, and advises worldwide in the field of Quality Infrastructure. Ms Matbadal supports the GQII program with her technical expertise in metrology and Quality Infrastructure.
Manfred Kindler
Ing. Manfred Kindler (Germany) brings his technical expertise for accreditation into the GQII Programm. He is CEO of Kindler International Division, and has long-term work experiences in quality management, testing, inspection, product certification, project and risk management. As a consultant for the international development cooperation, Mr Kindler has provided outstanding services to the establishment of national accreditation bodies, particularly in Asia and Latin America.
