Dr Ulrich Harmes-Liedtke is an economist and political scientist. Since 2004 works in the field of Quality Infrastructure in developing and emerging economies. Dr Harmes-Liedtke is founding partner of the boutique consulting firm Mesopartner.

In his consulting work, he supports Quality Infrastructure institutions to cooperate better and to adapt services to the needs of the national economy and domestic population.

In cooperation with competent experts, he supports governments in developing National Quality Policies, analyses quality issues in value chains and researches the impact of Quality Infrastructure.
